Gillian's Sheppard Pie
5 lbs of Ground Beef
2 cans of Campbell beef gravy
2 large sweet onion, chopped
3 cans of corn
6 packets of garlic instant mash potatoes
3 packets of grated sharp cheddar cheese
Brown the ground beef with some parsley and garlic salt. Then drain the meat when it is cooked. Add the 2 cans of gravy (still over the heat) stir in and then stir in the 2 chopped onions (continue to cook until the onions start to cook. Pour into your baking tray and spread it out. Drain the 3 cans of corn and then sprinkle over the meat. Cook up the 6 packets of potatoes in the microwave and spread over the top of corn. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and then cover with foil. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Then serve and enjoy!
